The Roll Ratio Program uses a unique way of analyzing press rolls for possible barring or corrugation problems. This program calculates the number of bars/corrugations and the barring interval based on the roll and/or felt circumferences. The program displays a chart that contains all of the information necessary to select roll combinations that will avoid barring problems. A special link feature with SapPro provides templates for displaying specific roll and nip defects.
